Original & Custom Artwork: Once it is your turn on the waitlist, please allow 1-4 business weeks for the completion of your artwork & an additional 1-5 business days for dispatch.

Ready-to-Ship Pieces: Dispatched within 2–4 business days
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

We currently ship within Australia and to select international destinations, including the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, New Zealand, and parts of Europe.

All artworks are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely. We take great care in protecting each piece during transit.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery).
We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
