Every order sent is insured with the postal company. If your artwork arrives and has been damaged during shipping, send an email to anibyky@outlook.com.

Please include the following: Order Number, images of the package prior to being opened, and images of the damaged artwork. Following these steps l will be able to provide a solution.

I ship domestic and Internationally. Although there are some exceptions depending on a countries rules & regulations. Please email me to find out if I can ship to your country.

I do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind on your orders. These artworks are carefully handmade and take lot of time and materials. Please choose your artwork wisely before ordering. Refunds will only be offered if your piece arrives damaged and you have sent through images of damaged packaging and artwork.

With extreme care, you can use a dry cloth or brush to remove any dust.

Artworks being shipped overseas are priced according to the weight & measurements of the packaged piece. Please email me for more information on International Shipping.

Anywhere from one to four weeks. This depends on the size and complexity of the piece. Climate also comes into consideration, as colder weather means the plaster takes longer to dry.

Yes! You have full control when it comes to making selections for your piece. The price list shows you the options, but more unique designs can absolutely be discussed. Even if they’re not on the list!

The process begins with an enquiry via Instagram, email or the website form. After reviewing the price list, we discuss the size, colours and overall direction of your piece. A 30% deposit is then required to secure your spot, with a waitlist in place if needed.

From there, the design process is collaborative, allowing you to have input while the artwork takes shape. Once finalised, the piece is carefully handcrafted over 1 to 4 weeks. You’ll receive updates if requested, followed by final approval before shipping.

The remaining balance is paid prior to delivery, and your artwork is then carefully packaged and sent, ready to hang and enjoy.

Yes absolutely. You can send real photos you’ve taken or have acquired. Things like people & pets can definitely be in your artwork! Just keeping in mind the detailing won’t be exactly like the photo, as I am handcrafting out of plaster. I usually don’t do faces, but would be open to discussion.
You can also send inspiration photos you have found online, but just know that I cannot copy the image due to copyright. But we can absolutely use them for inspiration.
